Already posted in another category but not had much i regards to a answers, anyone know why it looks like I'm missing part of my left pec and if I can fix this? Cheers

Are you right handed? No one is symmetrical.2

Do you use free weights mostly or machines?
Is it like that regardless of whether you're flexing vs relaxed?1 -

If it bothers you add some mass

My left pec is the same. Just where the muscle inserts. Can’t change it1

Regardless of that it’s still where the muscle connects. Absolutely normal and can’t change it. Welcome to the obsession of perfection lol

You’re not alone in this, both of my pecs are like your left pec — it’s the way the muscle attaches.

I think you're over analyzing yourself... just keep working out and grow grow grow. Unless you want to be an IFBB pro one day? but then get to that level and then have your coach tell you what to do.0
