Gastroparesis

I was diagnosed this week with Gastroparesis after one of the worst months of my life of almost daily nausea and vomiting and two visits to the ED for dehydration. I’m looking for others with Gastroparesis, or other gastric diseases like IBD or Crohns, as friends who have open journals so I can get food ideas. I know that with conditions like these every person can be SO different in what they can and cannot tolerate in terms of food, but I feel like it might still be helpful for a newbie like me. I met with a dietician while hospitalized but I was not given a lot of guidance on what foods to eat but rather given a long list of foods to avoid....

Hi I have gastroparesis and Crohn's. I have a j feeding tube and eat a little by mouth. What I eat by mouth is low fiber and low fat.
