Hi, folks. Thanks to MFP, I lost 70 pounds back in 2004. Well....I am now at 320 pounds and very disappointed in myself. But, here I am again and vow to feel better and look better for LIFE. Any support is appreciated. Thanks! Kerry, Indiana
