I lost 2.2 lbs in my first week. It really worked. The truth is that my past attempts at eating less where lies because I wasn’t actually measuring it to see if I was eating under 1500 calories a day. I was so disciplined this week. This post menopausal, thyroid disordered woman actually lost weight!!

Lying? Not necessarily. The old folks in my family tried to explain it to me when I was a kid- avoid foolishness, try to gain wisdom as you get older.
No one has been more surprised than me. The whole weight loss thing- losing, exercise, maintaining, living with it and being happy with the result and how I’m living. Why didn’t I figure this out sooner?
Seems so simple.
Just wasn’t ready I guess.3 -
Yup. It's just a simple math equation.1
