I’m here kinda restarting my diet/training regiment. I’ve been practicing in bjj for the last 4 months and I’ve only lost 10 pounds since then, so I figured I’ll start cross-training and focusing more on my diet. I’m hoping to lose at least 40 pounds.

    Weight loss occurs when you stay at a calorie deficit.
