SAHD motivation

I’m at stay at home dad (SAHD) that used to workout religiously. Time passed and I slipped for the longest time. The kids have been my motivation wanting to see them grow...and keep up with them. I’ve dropped 6 pant sizes in the last year and hoping to keep it up. Didn’t know if there are any SAHM or SAHD looking to group up for some support and motivation.

    Hey.

    I'm a SAHM with 3 month old twins and a 3 year old.

    Exercise is tough to fit in right now besides a few minutes of weights, slack lining, or a handful of sun salutations.

    If I'm lucky I get to mountain bike once a week. So I'm using the app mostly to keep an eye on calorie intake.

    Looking to lose 30lbs. I'm 6 feet tall and 175 last time I checked.

    I can't believe that you have dropped 6 pant sizes! Amazing! I have just squeezed back into pre pregnancy pants but its tight!

    Anyways, I'd love to join a SAHP group to stay motivated.
