Anyone running who has had knee and back surgery?

I have been told I will never run again. I’ve had a knee replaced and over 50% of bone removed from lumbar area. I’ve also had bilateral fusions into S1 that has almost immediately caused SI pain. I kind of sort of jog on a treadmill, as I can grab the bars if I feel I’m going to fall. Even though it is very painful (and no pain medicine is currently touching it), I feel better that I at least tried to do a workout. Wondering if anyone else is having to deal with these pains. I also have neck issues that they are not willing to address with surgery right now. If this is not where I should post something like this, admin - please delete. I would kind of like to join the challenge, but am limited in what I can do.

I'm not sure which challenge you meant to post in.
I've had both knees replaced. I could run, however, that would wear the replacements down quicker and, most likely, create the need for more replacement surgeries.1
