Post partum baby fat shred

So I just had my first baby almost 7 weeks ago. No happiness like it honestly just one thing that's been getting me down and it's how much I let my body go through out the pregnancy!

I've always been a curvy girl from as far back as I can remember I'd always fluctuate from 11stone to 13 throughout the years. But I have hit an all time high of 16.9 stone I've never had this much weight on and its making me feel crap in myself! I'm 5"7 and my goal is to eventually get down to 12stone I look good at 12 anything less is a bonus.

I'm looking to see is there any other mammies/moms/mums/mothers out there who'd like to connect with me and we can all motivate each other to help keep on track because I know it will be hard! But has to be done for our physical and mental well being.

So who's with me??

    I’m 7 months postpartum and finally getting serious! I’m also 5’7... and have always been curvy as well.. currently at 204 pounds! I gain weight super easy! I’m actually less than when I got pregnant (219 lbs) due to 33 weeks of sickness.. (otherwise I know I would have gained a lot) I’d love to lose 45... but would be happy with 20! I’m right there with you!
