Really motivated

I’ve been loyally and honestly following my eating and nutrition on MyFitnessPal for the past 6 weeks now and have taken to almost daily walking, of between an hour-and-a-half and two hours. I’ve lost 1 kilogram and am not sure what I’m doing wrong. The app keeps predicting where I may be in 5 weeks’ time, but the scale doesn’t agree... I would love to hear some words of wisdom or advice. 💭🏃🏼‍♀️

    I have the same problem, other then actually using a food scale I'm not too sure what to do too.

    I thought that I was the only one.... I’m still motivated though - although not quite as much as when that first kilogram came off 3 weeks ago.
    May I ask if you have a lot or only a smaller amount of weight to lose?
