Cutting down to 185 from 230

I originally started with a very drastic calorie cut having no more than 1K a day. While I’m able to do this I do not believe it to be healthy. Using various online tools I’ve been told to have between 1250 and 1500 while cutting. I’m adding a cutting stack to my lineup and I would like to know if anyone out there can help me with this.

Welcome to the community!
If you haven't already, read the stickies at the top of the getting started forum. Very informative and helpful.
I can't help with your cutting question. Hopefully, someone with knowledge of that will stop in.
Good luck with your journey!0 -

1500 calories a day is a very low amount for a guy. I think you should probably aim for 1800 bare minimum calories a day. It all depends on how much you’re excersing too. If you are mostly stationary you can get away with eating less, but if you are very active or do intense workouts you’ll need to eat more. Message me if you have more questions.0
