Currently getting ready to deploy and hopefully hit the gym hard to keep my mind off of things. If you got some neat workout routines, please share

    Welcome to the board. By preference a gym workout always means strength-training concentrations. Am certain that what you'd opted for if you'd made it to your gym, was sufficient.

    Alternative practical and mobile-friendly considerations I'll recommend in good conscience are:
    • Suspension training
    • Boxing (or other combat sports') workout routines with or without equipment.
