Welcome to the board. By preference a gym workout always means strength-training concentrations. Am certain that what you'd opted for if you'd made it to your gym, was sufficient.
Alternative practical and mobile-friendly considerations I'll recommend in good conscience are:- Suspension training
- Boxing (or other combat sports') workout routines with or without equipment.
