New Mama looking to get back on track!!

About a year ago I got married and before then I hit my goal weight. Shortly after I found out I was pregnant and just recently had my daughter 💗 I’m back up to the weight I was when I started this journey before my wedding and would like to lose about 35lbs. I’m a stay at home mom so it’s very easy for me to lose motivation and just snack all day! Any motivation/support is greatly appreciated 😊 I will do my best to do the same!
