I met my first weight goal yesterday after gaining a few pounds back.Now the continued life style change really begins..next stop 115. I’m a runner, foodie and love wine. I have a balance so far with the love of all 3. On this last phase I want to become leaner . I have started doing intermittent fasting and that is really helping. I looking forward to being part of a large community for support and tips and hope I can do the same.
