Homemade protein shake/smoothie
Been meaning to make this for a while, my own Mango & Peach Lassi (yoghurt smoothie)
For 4 servings:
500ml yoghurt (mine was homemade full fat, hence it’s quite thick)
500ml Water
1 Peach peeled & chopped
8 serving spoons of mango purée
Blitz all ingredients in a blender & voila!!
Apparently, this is high in protein but no protein powders added.🤷🏻♂️😊
