If you fall into one of the above catergories, send me a friend request. I workout 6 days a week right now. At the moment, it’s half and half. Half weights and half cardio. In a couple weeks, I’ll do less cardio.

Just started to lift again, and cardio is incorporated in my daily life (biking to and from work, every day 10k steps). For now, I work out at home.1
