Just joined to track food.

Hello all. Joined so I could use the food tracking part of this app. I had breast cancer 18 months ago. My Cancer radiation doctor is vegan. She has been holding classes for her past and current patients. It is a six-week class. I attended my first class last Thursday. Class is small, 10 people. They, my doctor and her wellness coach, gave us assignments for this week, track everything we ate by day and watch the video "Forks over Knives". So I start my vegan lifestyle. It really is pretty easy. I do not miss the meat at all, and did you all know that cholesterol ONLY comes from animals, all animals, yes even chicken, turkey and fish. Good day to al1.

    I watched that documentary also, it presents an interesting opinion for sure.

    Dietary cholesterol is not well-established as linked to serum cholesterol. Enjoy your vegan lifestyle, and take care of that ticker.
