Today is Day 2 of a 30 day "Shrink Challenge" for my group of friends on FBook. I really enjoyed my first work-out today @ the Fessenden Center!! (Buxton, NC) They have Spinning Cycles, Treadmills, an Elliptical & a Rowing Machine. Plus they have Hand Weights, Yoga Mats & other equipment available for anyone to use - FOR FREE! I had a BLAST!! I burned 554 Calories in 58 minutes of exercise! I can't wait to do it again tomorrow
