Hi. I am switching to MFP from the WW site/app.
I had weight loss surgery 08/14/2018 and am down 138 lbs. and learning to live at this weight. I still write down everything I eat on a daily log (calories/protein grams), weigh/measure my food, and try to move daily. I no longer have any health issues and I really love being able to move freely, so I am protecting this new life I've got.
I'd love to hear from others who've had WLS and are willing to share best practices and cautionary tales.
Thanks!
