Fitness for biking

So one of the reasons I've decided to try and get healthier is to improve my biking.

I mainly do downhill, with some 4x and occasionally jump park style kind of stuff. Not really into XC or road riding. But I find myself getting fatigued halfway through a day of riding, the drops and jumps which were fine in the morning suddenly seem huge and I'm struggling to even get down the run in one piece!

The plan so far is to use mfp to keep track of everything going in and out, and I've set a small weight loss goal. I don't consider myself to be overweight but I'd like to shift a little bit nonetheless. Exercise wise I'll be doing the following:
- Shaun T insanity (to get the heart going)
- Punchbag & skipping interval training (my own routine that i used to enjoy doing)
- Maybe a bit of running if i can force myself to get up early enough

Feel free to add me if you're in a similar situation or doing similar exercise etc
