Lamb patty and oven roasted baby Yukon gold potatoes.
Black plum.1 -
Mahi mahi with ghee, lime and capers. Served with kale chips, whatever vegetable I have in the fridge and a sweet potato for hubby, who needs far more calories than I do.1

Chik Fil A. Kids get to have drive thru on Wednesday nights. Plus the grilled nuggets with Sriracha sauce and super foods salad are surprisingly good. And only about 350 calories.

My husband makes a thin crust wheat pizza about once per week. Tonight he's doing that...with a garlic sauce, mushrooms, onions, peppers & black olives. My 3/8 will have provolone cheese and his 5/8 will have no cheese, but crumbled firm tofu and nutritional yeast instead.2

I'm going to thicken the sauce (maybe add a little sour cream and mustard), cut up the beef, and serve with egg noodles.0 -
I'm thinking pasta (probably whole-wheat angel hair) with feta, black olives, fresh tomato, almonds, lemon juice, a little tuscan-herb-infused olive oil, and some dried mediterranean-blend herbs.1

Browned tempeh slices, melted mozzarella, dijon mustard, just-heated-through cousa squash slices, thin-sliced raw onion all on an Ezekiel tortilla. Ear of fresh sweet corn, plain. Another side of roasted baby eggplant with gochujang chile paste and rice vinegar. While fixing the above, ate a handful of cherry tomatoes. Considering a Yasso Greek yogurt bar (fudge flavor) for dessert.0

Pan-fried rainbow trout with Hawaiian chili-pepper water. Saute sweet mini peppers with onions, and Alexia sweet potatoes fries. But don't hold your breath because I am known to change part of the menu at the last moment...
For desert, probably mango slices topped with Fage.0 -
All these great answers! I had class tonight so it was a quick dinner. I had Costco Madras lentils over a sweet potato and leftover brussel sprouts.0

Tonight will be grilled rib-eye (because they are on sale this week at Whole Foods, who delivers), potato salad, and green salad.0

A grilled shrimp and zucchini recipe I got here a few days ago, with quinoa. Probably sugar free jello.

Homemade sweet and sour chicken with rice (rice for hubby, none for me) and an egg roll.0

Spaghetti with Italian sausage sauce and possibly garlic bread ..0

Tonight will be leftovers from yesterday, but here's what I made yesterday:
2 servings (112 grams) of pasta tossed with the following:
Lightly pan fried (still firm/slightly crispy):
(1) Large Zucchini
(1/3) white onion
(1/2) poblano pepper
Garlic (large spoonful of chopped garlic)
Herbs of my choosing (oregano, ginger, marjoram, salt, chili pepper)
Once the above were done and set aside, I added (1) large chopped roma tomato to them.
In the meantime, pan seared/fried:
(300 gram) chopped chicken breast
(1) small jar capers
Water
Once the chicken mix was done, I rinsed it (to keep it from being too salty) and tossed that with the pasta and veggies.
I ate it warm yesterday, but the idea was to find something I could also eat cold the next day if I wanted. I think overall it was a win!1 -
tonight? seared scallops over salad
last night was broiled steak over roast veg
tomorrow - planned is a black pepper chicken but that may change0 -
Tonight is pot roast with carrots that is cooking in the crockpot. Adding garlic butter broccoli and warm bread.0
