So I downloaded Record, MMF, and MFP about 2 weeks ago and gave been loving them.
I wake up this morning and out of the blue my exercise info from Record and MMF aren’t showing on MFP or Apple Activity. I’ve toggled in health and all the apps. I’ve even connected and disconnected. I deleted MFP and downloaded it again. Still it won’t read my exercise info.
Tech support has been a joke so I’m turning to the community. Any suggestions on what to do?

    Have you contacted support for MMF/Record? If the info isn’t in Apple health either, it seems the problem is on that end rather than mfp?

    Also-with a lot of moving parts, third-party integrations occasionally have some blips. They are generally resolved in a day or two.

    I have no experience with Record or MMF... don't even know what they are. But I do know that MFP routinely has problems syncing with 3rd party apps. If it's a new problem as of today, give it a day or 2 and see if it rectifies itself.

    Some of my wotkouts today synced frpm MMF to MFPal,others have not yet.this happened about a week ago and it resolved itself. It is hit and miss.
