Resetting goals.

I've managed to lose 15 kilos since July *insert enthusiastic applause and whooping here* through 1200 calorie count
I still have another 35 to go. My calories have now increased to 1200-1500 under GP supervision, and I'm trying to increase movement too. I'll continue to avoid processed food and sugar, and minimise the cheese.
My goal reset/focus is now about reducing cholesterol. Total is 5.1 and LDL is 3.4. Oops. So now it's time to reduce red meat and alcohol intake, eat more porridge, and continue to avoid cheese. Oh, and move more.
I think I'm on the right track? I do enjoy salmon twice a week, but it's not the cheapest of meals.
