I am back at it!

I've lost 25 pounds since last year. A little at a time. I really kinda gave up this summer because of so many family events and vacation. I did maintain. But I am 5'3" and 149, still overweight! I took mirror pics yesterday and was disappointed! My boyfriend is more fit and thinks I am beautiful! Not sure what he sees! So I am back it again! It has been over 15 years since I have been under 145 and consider normal weight. I am determined this time. My biggest weakness is chocolate. But I gave up soda a year ago and working on giving up fruit drinks. Drinking water! Any tips for going back at it?

    Be sure to weigh your foods. The closer you get to goal, the harder it will be.
