Hi all,
New to this app, finding it easy to use.
Bit about me... I'm 35, I suffer with joint hypermobility syndrome (joint dislocate) as well as Fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome.
I have to lose weight for another knee surgery and I am hoping this app will help as I have extremely limited mobility.
Looking forward to meeting others on their journey 😊
