🐯Yo! Seeking resources...
Anyone know of where I can go to get a total body measurement thingy? With the BM and fat% stuff and all that jazz?
I know gyms do it when you join, but that’s not what I want.
...Maybe one of those places that sells protein shakes and nutrition pills???

For the most accurate measurement, get a DEXA scan. You could try googling "DEXA scan near me". They won't have this at a protein shake place.
For the least accurate, stand on a scale that purports to be able to calculate BF (bioelectrical impedance).

...Bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) scales are perhaps the most popular method of measuring body composition because they are the least expensive and most widely available. BIA technology applies an electrical current to the body and measures how quickly that current is conducted. Lean tissue and fat mass conduct electrical signals very differently so the scale can use conductance to estimate body composition. Although BIA is one of the most popular methods of measuring body composition the accuracy can widely vary depending on an individual’s hydration status and other factors.1 -
Hydrostatic weighing us also a reliable method. In our area they have a truck and it is parked at a different gym every week. It’s name is “Body Fat Test-Get Tanked.” It has locations nationwide but I’m sure there are other brands too.0
