Trying a different route

Hello! I’m Melinda, here’s a bit about me: I’ve used MyFitnessPal a few times before. First go round I worked my butt off and lost 50lbs of extra me I didn’t need. Then I had 3 beautiful kiddos and undid all my hard work plus a lil 😆 This go round if like to try something new by adding friend and developing a small group to encourage and support each other. Weight loss is HARD especially with kids and busy lives, but having buddies makes it a bit easier!
My weight loss outline:
My first focus is on changing my diet to eat cleaner and overall better.
My goal is to begin steady workouts beginning November 11, 2019 after I’ve had 3 months to turn my new eating style into a way of life.

    If you live in a location where the weather is nice right now and you live or work in an area that's suitable, I would encourage you to add a stroll outside regularly. Even if you just start with 15 minutes.Then by the time you get around to the workouts you will have built some endurance already and it'll go easier.

    why wait until november? even if you cant get to a gym every day right now, get out every day - even if its a short walk!
