Hey everyone just wanted to see if there is anyone else doing keto on here and what your experiences have been with it. I’ve been on this for a month and have been seeing some good results so far. Let me know if you are interested in working together to lose this weight.

    I recommend the Keto group and The Low Carber Daily Forum group on here.

    Great threads and discussions on keto.

    Been at Keto for just over 2 months. Love the groups! They provide like a tight-knit community of people on keto.
