Primarily quads, glutes and CV system.
50 mile steady cycle ride including passing Hampton Court Palace, through Windsor Great Park, past Windsor Castle and back alongside the Thames. https://www.strava.com/activities/2664627088
Lovely day to be out on the bike in the sunshine but legs were a bit fatigued before I started from a gardening job and strength training / knee rehab in the gym yesterday so not a day to push too hard.
