Jennie-O Lean All-Natural Turkey Patties

Hello all!
Recently I’ve switched from grilling meat patties to making burgers with Jennie-O turkey patties (93% lean/7% fat) https://www.jennieo.com/products/70-lean-turkey-burger-patties.
I like to make double burgers with them along with two slices of cheddar cheese and Open Nature whole wheat buns with some ketchup. Total, it comes out to 650 calories. Good source of protein and they satisfy well. Any opinions on this burger and if they are a good and healthy option for a turkey burger? Thanks in advance and below are the listed ingredients.

x2 Jennie-O all-natural 93%/7% turkey patties (150 k/cal each)
Open Nature whole wheat sandwhich buns (180 k/cal)
x2 Sargento medium cheddar cheese (80 k/cal each)
