New to this Lifestyle Change!

Hey. My name is Amber. I am seeking to lose 50 to 60 lbs. I hope I am compatible with veggies and dip compared to sexy cherry cheesecake. Lol. This sounds like a dating post. I never knew how many calories I was actually consuming over the past few years. I'm big, but never felt big. When you see pictures of yourself and are a bit disappointed, you know you have to do something. This app is great. It tells you exactly the calories you should be eating to achieve your goal weight. I think this is cool. Im looking for friends who want to share progress and be supportive. I am looking forward to hearing from others, and hope we all reach our goals!!.

    Definitely an eye-opener when you start tracking and logging!!!

    Agree with the pictures thing. I didn't realize how much I'd gained until I took a picture of myself. Shock and horror!!

    I'm 5'8" trying to get down to 165-175ish, I had calorie goal set at 1410, was losing a little too quick for comfort, recently upped calorie goal to 1689 to see if it slows my weight-loss down a tad.

    Open for adds, I have open diary to friends and try to stay active on my feed, when the app cooperates!
