Hi all. I signed up for the app and it told me I should be eating less than 1,000 calories a day. I have the premium plan so I adjusted it to 1200 which is still low but shouldn’t the app calculate a healthy goal for me

1200 is the mfp lowest for obese women, 1500 for obese men.
Maybe a glitch on the app?
I would go to the website and enter your info again.0 -

Depending on how quickly you want to see your loss...ie....2lbs a week would be 1200cals...
The reasoning being it's unsafe to lose more than 2 lbs a week consistently.....
I'd ask "them" .....especially if you are paying for it!🤷
Good luck and wish you well!💐
