Returning. Hello!

Hi. I am Kim. I am 35, married, looking to lose big. I have been in and out over the last four years. nothing even remotely consistent. my best every so far accomplishment in health is that in 2014 i lost 50 lbs, but i fell off, and other than that i am happy to say i havent given up on myself completely, lol... But honestly nothing has been really accomplished. Im trying again though.

I closed my first day under my limit today. I have food for the next week or so. I am not hungry. I am looking forward to starting a light exercise regimen.

SO hi. I just hope to connect with other people having similar experiences. Swap some recipes, get ideas from one another's logs.
