I'm having trouble figuring out how to log an exercise/workout video. It's not in the exercise database. It gives me an option to add an exercise but I don't know how many calories to associate to the video. Any got any ideas

    it depends on the video.

I log Jillian Michaels 30 day shred under circuit training (or recently I calculated it on another app I have and transferred the numbers here)
I log my walk away the pounds videos (2/3 mile) under aerobics
I log my 5 mile walk away the pounds dvd under high intensity aerobics (it includes jogging)
  • I use the "cardio" section... But I customize it! That's the easiest way I found to do it. In exercise Notes I record the weight if it changes from the last time I entered.

For me, that's the easiest. ;)

    Good luck.
