    Calcium and D, per doctor

    Multi with lutein. The lutein was eye doctor's recommendation, the multi is just insurance that I get the RDA.

    Ashwaganda-anxiety, general well-being
    Turmeric-anti inflammatory/antioxidant
    Ubiquinol (coQ10)-antioxidant
