@wtbarunner I walk mine through the day and also all at once. 😆 On Saturdays and Sundays I walk 3-4 miles in one chunk each morning then add on all day long. During the week it's mostly broken up but if I need a lot of miles to hit my daily 5 mile goal I'll go for a long walk. Hope this makes sense.1 -

@ wtbarunner Mornings I aim for 10k steps before 7am so will also do a 1 hour walks. Weekends I do 2 hour walks so 15k steps by 7am then short stints the rest of the day.

I'm still going strong and on track to get my 200 miles this month. It's not difficult for me at all and I can everyday as long as I mix in some longer 6+ mile days with a couple of short 2 or 3 mile days.
For most days been aiming to get in 4 - 5 miles first thing in the morning and adding in 2 or 3 more miles in later in the day.
Also I'm able to still get some strength training in too!

Just got in from getting in a wonderful 2.5 mile brisk walk. Feeling amazing and the weather was perfect!

166.5 miles! Planning on getting in 4 - 6 miles tomorrow. I didn't make my 200 mile goal, but this was an awesome challenge! It was the most I've ever walked in one month.
I've come a very long way from barely being able to get in a 1/2 mile walk without sweating and panting 7 and a half years ago to completing around 170 miles in one month, walking everyday and still able to add in additional strength training exercise!
Not only that, but everything was comfortable. I didn't force myself and I rested when needed. I actually enjoyed every mile.
