So, I've been on this train before

I am a brown girl former athlete who's been on the weight loss journey before. I think I was stuck in the IUSEDTOLAND as in:

I used to be a competitive rower
I used to run marathons
I used to work out 5-6 days a week
I used to be an avid cyclist
I used to eat organic
I used to weigh 160.

Well my jeans have forced me to leave that land for, RIGHTNOWIM. As in;

Right now I'm pretty overweight
Right now I'm pretty inactive
Right now I'm not cooking for myself like I should.

I need to get tot get it together. Hopefully I can find some support here.

I'm interested in eating clean and being gentle with myself...I'm a MIA survivor who has to be a little careful.
