For the Pizza Dough:
1 cup Whole Wheat Self-Rising Flour (plus more for dusting)
1 cup Greek Yogurt

Combine the flour and yogurt in a large mixing bowl. Beat with a wooden spoon or spatula until well combined. Turn out onto a floured work surface and knead for 3 minutes until dough is smooth. Allow dough to rest for 5 minutes. After that use as you would pizza dough.

I've tried this and made pizza scrolls - quite tasty indeed. The only tough part is making sure the dough doesn't stick to the kitchen bench. I used baking paper as well as flour to prevent this, although that was also because I was rolling the whole thing up at the end and that just made it easier

I've tried it. We eat pizza a lot and I thought it'd be nice to get some extra protein in. The dough tasted good but was difficult to work. I think my recipe needed extra flour (I weigh my flour so sometimes recipes written by people who just measure by volume don't work as well).

But it came out to a comparable number of calories to homemade pizza dough, so I just use my own recipe now.
