You ask people questions. They give you answers. Many of them are very good answers. You argue with the people helping you. This is the pattern with your posts.
Given this, why would you expect people to keep trying to help you?9 -
There’s no point in giving you any advice as you want to hear a particular answer and when you don’t you just argue. I honestly think you need to stop working out your body and focus on working on your emotions and mental health. I sincerely wish you the best of luck.5

As I mentioned up-thread, OP, you seriously need to consider getting professional help with your bingeing issues. I honestly feel that anything else you do - including your mis-directed focus on working out and micro-managing that - is just the tail wagging the dog.3
