Gain weight

I want to know from the dietitian here .. what are the foods that gain weight healthy and safe I was 70k and when I stopped exercising I became 65k .. any advice Iam 20 years old go to gym 5days a week

    I don't believe there is a hired dietician on staff.

    Overall, gaining weight in a healthy manner should be done by focusing on whole foods and limiting added sugars and processed fats. And more importantly, it should be done slowly (1/2-1 lb per week).

    But if you do struggle to gain weight, you can incorporate some treats or other high calorie foods. The below thread should be helpful.

    Lean bulking is 1.5-2.5 lbs a month for a beginner. Any more than that tends to lead to more fat gain. Lean mass can be gained at a max of .25-.50 lbs a week with out "supplemental" help. Could try more energy dense foods. Healthy ones that is. I mean if you dont care about fat gain you could "dirty" bulk, but might have a longer cut. Jmho. Shoot for a 150-250 average surplus a day. Does not have to be every day. You could "save" it for a night out or something. Jmho here.
