50 and fit

Good evening everyone, I’m in pretty good shape post 50. My issue is that I was told I have degenerative arthritis in my knees and PFPS as well. Otherwise I’m pretty strong. Curious about diet without exercise (even though I’m in the gym 6 days a week) looking for motivation.

    If you haven't already, read the stickies at the top of the getting started forum. Very informative and helpful.

    I've lost 30 pounds just by staying in a calorie deficit. No exercise. I've had both knees and one hip replaced.

    Buy a food scale.
