    Hi I’m new I am wanting to lose a few pounds before I go to taladaga in October bc after that we will be trying for a baby and I don’t see that taking to long any tips I already exercise in the mornings and I’ve cut all caffeine except for tea and I have also cut back on some of the bad things I eat but that is taking some effort lol

    I joined a while ago and have been logging my food on and off. Now that my studies have wrapped up I'm hoping to step up my game as I still have about 100 pounds to lose. Hoping friending people who are also on the journey will help hold me accountable. Friend me :)
