Body fat

Can anybody help me?? I want to drop body fat and not sure the best way to it have any of you guys done this before?

    If you haven't already, read the stickies at the top of the getting started forum. Very informative and helpful.

    Depending on how much you have to lose, after you drop your initial water weight, you'll start to lose fat. Just stay in a calorie deficit.

    Buy a food scale.

    You just need a calorie deficit. Put all your stats into your mfp profile, tell it you want to lose weight, pick a reasonable rate of loss (probably 1 lb per week, unless you are obese or just losing vanity lbs), log accurately and consistently, and hit that calorie goal. Good luck!

    Dropping body fat is normal while losing weight, is that your goal?

    Or are you asking about reducing body fat while maintaining your current weight?
