I am re-starting to log my food as of today and trying to improve my eating habits. I had spent months doing really well until around mid-July and then I don't know what happened. Just stress or something, I've been not tracking and making poor eating choices and not working out nearly as much as I was at the start of this year.

I'd like to finish out the year strong, send me a request if you'd like some support.
