1200 calories a day is the base minumum for a woman, and most can eat more than that and still lose weight. 1000 calories a day is unhealthy and dangerous, so please reconsider that plan.7

Sorry, but your plan has two problems. 1000 is not enough calories, and a 4 hour eating window is too narrow for IF beginners. If you try to do this, you will almost certainly give up on it within a week or less.
MINIMUM calories for a female are 1200, but even that is usually too low to feel satisfied and stay on the plan. I suggest you use the MFP goals tool, put in a goal of 1 lb/week, and eat however many calories it tells you to eat. That number will be at least 1200.
IF is a good tool for dieting but all it is is a tool. I use an 8 hour eating window (11 am to 7 pm) and find it quite helpful for calorie control and appetite supression, but IF will not cause you to lose more weight than if you spread the same calories throughout the day. A 4 hour window is very tough (I've tried it) and combined with the starvation diet you have in mind, it's almost certain to fail.
Suggestion: forget about intermittent fasting for now, get yourself a realistic calorie number from MFP's goals tool, and get a few successful weeks under your belt at that calorie level while losing a few pounds. At that point you can take stock and think about ways to fine-tune your approach.
Nothing wrong with IF, but you're just stacking a challenge on top of a challenge when you only need one challenge right now: hitting a calorie limit consistently every day.

Why are you trying to be so mean to yourself? A good sustainable plan should be kind because if you are miserable (and in your case end up malnourished) you are so much less likely to stick with it.

I wasted decades of my life trying to go fast and hard. When I finally decided to go slow and easy I have accomplished so much. As it turns out slow and easy is much faster because I am not wasting my time with diets I end up rage-quitting.

If you want to eat only between 2-6PM, that's fine as long as it works within your schedule and over time your appetite adapts to it.
But 1000 calories is too few, most likely far too few. Put your stats into MFP, pick a reasonable rate of loss (probably @ 1 lb per week unless you are obese) and eat the calories MFP gives you, plus at least some of your exercise calories if you exercise.
