A newbie of sorts

Hello all I’m returning to MFP after having had success using MFP almost 10 years ago. I lost down to my goal weight but family issues and work interfered with my program and I’ve gained and gained and gained - until I hit 200 pounds and I think it’s enough! I need to loose the weight!! Anybody who would be willing to be an encourager and motivator please feel free to friend me - btw MFP has changed a lot in 10 years with the layout so I’m out of the loop somewhat - looking for to making changes in my lifestyle!
