Feeling down :(

So I had to take a break from working out (health-related) and that lead to not watching what I was eating any more. Yes, I fell off the fitnesspal wagon. Boo.
Now I'm back and ready to get going again. I've been working hard this week to get back into routine, watch what I eat, etc. In my brain I know that it will take time to get back into the rhythm, plus lose the 4 pounds I ended up putting on. I get that. But it's still bothering me. I feel (and look) bloated, I'm frustrated because I hate how I look, and just feel .... ugh....all over. Oh, and I have about 2 weeks before I go for my first wedding dress fitting, and I'm freaking out about that.
I don't know why I'm posting this, but ... help?

I fell off the wagon, too. After my 5k I took about a week to recover then went on a couple short runs and a few walks...then my knee started to hurt.I started running again two days ago and ran again tonight. I'm feeling better about myself now that I am running again...but my eating habits aren't as good as they were. Raw cookie dough yesterday, a king size bag of m&ms today...I just can't help myself. It takes time. We can do this! You're getting back on the wagon. That's the biggest step.0

You can do it!!! I hear pineapple or coconut milk can help with bloating, plus drinking tons of water. Work on feeling better and make yourself proud every single day.
Think positively and remember that you're in control. Everything will be okay and you are lovely, so no worrying allowed. :]0 -
Thanks guys. It's nice to know I'm not alone. I've been dealing with some health stuff, which has left me feeling tired and not like working out. Plus I've had 3 wedding showers in th last 6 weeks, so that's 3 parties with cake, wine, and everything else....sigh. I so badly want to undo the damage that I've done, but I just can't seem to get myself together. But you know what? My 8am client just cancelled on me, so I'm off til 9. I'm going to jump on my bike and at least get today started right!0
