Please help Im confused

I have began counting my calories using the app and have been told to eat 2000 calories a day.
However today i only eat 1400 and feel okay and full.
However is this helathy for me, is this to much to quick ?.
I weigh 20 stone, 6ft 3 in height and aged 31.
I eat rice,chicken,turkey,asparagus and mix veg
And aim is to weight.
Is this considered calorie deficit? And if so is it to much to quick. Will the weight just pile back on, should i stick to 2000 a day.
Please help me as i have so much anxiety that the past 5 days has been a waste of time.

    One day here or there below your goal won't kill you. However, you should aim for your goal most of the time.

    I am a foot shorter and a decade older than you and I lose weight on 1400!

    If you haven't already, read the stickies at the top of the getting started forum. Very informative and helpful.

    Try to be closer to your calorie allotment.

    Buy a food scale if you don't have one. Log your food diary truthfully.
