120lb woman what do you burn in body attack?

I'm 5'1, 120lbs and I'm just wondering if any ladies with similar builds have worn a heart rate monitor during body attack class, and what their calorie burn was? I put in 40 min of high impact aerobics but it only put me at about 230 calories burned. Then I put in 10min of low impact aerobics for the warm up, that gave me a few more, but I still haven't broken 300 calories. Just wondering if the calorie count is true, I thought I would be burning a lot more.
