I need a little advice -Probably I have my answer, but lets see-
I feel like spending a lot of time sitting in a chair in the front of a computer has been the worst enemy for my mommy pouch lol ......
Have you been able to successfully shrink it, or fully gone???
Maybe I have a terrible posture while sitting???? maybe a waist train could help????
Any tips are VERYYYYYY WELCOME!!! Thank you
-feel free to add me-

It all depends if you just have extra fat to lose, or you actually have a "mommy pouch". Mommy pouch is a condition called Diastasis Recti. If it's just fat, the above link will work. Otherwise I would specifically look for diastasis recti exercises.4

hm - if you are sitting down like I am right not at my office chair in front of my computer, with *kitten* posture - and you look down at your guts - you will definitely have a pouch. I have one and I also get the added bonus of double chins as I crane my neck down to look at my stomach whilst sitting.
When I stand up straigh, it will go away.
But that aside - if you actually have a fat gut - keep eating less calories than you expend.
Oh - and look at that "does my uterus look big in this" thread, which i'm sure someone will link to - it's a great thread.2 -
It is possible to lose the fat whilst being mainly sedentary. I spend most of my life at the computer and have lost 18lbs thus far. Obviously exercising helps speed up the process but it is possible to do through caloric defecit alone, so long as you are disciplined in weighing and logging your intake.1
