I have a question. this morning I was looking for something in the database to describe the exercises I had done. When I found it, I had to enter my weight and how long I did it to get an accurate amount of cals burnt. But then I couldn't find an option to add it to my exercise diary. I had to go out of it and back into my diary and retype the exercise in. Is there an easy way to do this??
Especially since the exercise I was looking for was calisthenics and when I went to retype it couldn't remember how to spell it and had to go back and do it again!!!! ha ha

If you go directly to add exercise rather than to the database, it still gives you access to the database and you can still input your weight and time exercised.

    Does that make sense?

yes but if you don't know what the type of exercise is going to be called it can be difficult.

Like I was trying to work out what I should put the exercises down as I had done a series of exercises including squats, lunges, sit ups and some aerobic type exercises as I didn't have time to get out for a walk.

I went directly to the add exercise and typed in squats and it couldn't find a match so I wanted to browse the database to decide which one described it best. I decided on calisthenics but had to go out of the database and back into add exercise to add it.
